Lawsuit Against Doctor Goes to Trial

A lawsuit that was filed against Dr. Mark Weinberger for misdiagnosing lung cancer and committing fraud has recently gone to trial. The lawsuit was filed by the family of one of Weinberger’s patients who died from undiagnosed lung cancer. The patient came to Weinberger suffering symptoms of a scratchy throat and sinuses.
