Tom Fleming
Attorney Tom Fleming is Of Counsel to the Burch Law Firm and joined the firm in that capacity on May 1, 2009. He is a 1966 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and a 1964 graduate of the University of Texas School of Business. Following graduation, he served in the United States Army in the Army Security Agency and, after receiving a commission, in the Army Artillery. He was released from duty after obtaining the rank of Captain. In 1969, Mr. Fleming started a 40-year practice of law primarily in the Rio Grande Valley assisting clients in commercial and business matters, including litigation. He was privileged to have served as President of the Cameron County Bar, an elected member of the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas, an appointed member of the Board of Directors of the State Bar Foundation and an appointed member of the Texas Supreme Court Grievance Oversight Committee.
Mr. Fleming is capable of assisting you in any commercial, contractual or business matter. He is the holder of a peer rating of AV (preeminent) the highest rating given in Martindale-Hubbell, Legal Directory.
